Terms of Service/Use
1. Eligibility and Authorization
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any packages or content within SARP, or have explicit permission from the primary account holder or payor.
- Payment Responsibility: All payments must be made with legitimate funds. You affirm that your payment method is valid and lawful. SARP is not responsible for verifying the source of funds beyond standard fraud prevention measures.
2. Voluntary Participation
- Free Choice: All purchases are made voluntarily. You are not being coerced or pressured into purchasing any packages or services.
- Digital Services Only: Packages provide access to in-game content, special permissions, and other digital services within the SARP community. No physical goods or downloads are included.
3. Sales and Refund Policy
- Final Purchase: All purchases are final. Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed unless SARP determines special circumstances warrant it.
- Pricing Changes: Package prices, features, and availability may change at any time without notice. Packages are personal and non-transferable.
4. SARP Roleplay Server
- Fair Play: SARP is a non-economy roleplay server using vMenu. Purchased packages are designed solely to enhance your roleplay experience and do not provide any competitive advantage.
- Community Compliance: By purchasing a package, you agree to follow all specific package rules and adhere to the overall SARP Community Guidelines.
5. Misuse and Abuse
- Revocation Rights: Packages used inappropriately or against community standards may be revoked at SARP’s discretion. Revoked packages are not refundable, and no compensation will be provided.
6. Discord Integration
- Role Management: Package access is tied to your roles on the SARP Discord server. Leaving the server or failing to join may result in losing access to purchased packages. Continuous membership in the Discord is required to receive updates, permissions, and support.
- Lifetime Packages: Packages labeled as "lifetime" remain active as long as SARP operates and the package continues to exist.
7. Account Status and Package Recovery
- No Refund for Account Removal: Being banned, kicked, or voluntarily leaving SARP does not entitle you to a refund. Once a purchase is completed, the funds are final.
- Reclaiming Packages: If you rejoin the SARP Discord after losing access, purchased packages can be restored via the server’s automated role assignment system. Support tickets can be submitted for assistance.
8. Fraud and Verification
- Fraud Prevention: Any attempts at chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent actions will be investigated. Verified fraud may result in permanent bans and loss of purchased content.
- Payment Verification: SARP may request additional verification of payment methods to ensure purchases are legitimate. All verification is handled securely through support tickets.
9. Right to Deny Service
- Service Refusal: SARP reserves the right to deny service or refuse purchases to any user, with or without explanation. Lifetime packages previously purchased will remain intact, but new purchases may be blocked.
10. Support and Assistance
- Customer Support: For questions about packages, account issues, or refund requests under valid circumstances, submit a support ticket through the SARP Discord server.
11. Independence from Third Parties
- No Affiliation: SARP is independently operated and has no official affiliation with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other third-party brands. All content and services are provided solely by SARP.
12. Changes to Terms
- Modifications: SARP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of SARP services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
